Renee Cull - Verrada Realty, LLC Broker/Owner

The luckiest people in the world are those who love their work, and that fits Renee’ to a "T." Renee’ never tires of meeting new people, exploring homes and vacant land, searching for just the right property for a client, and overcoming the hurdles that can appear during a real estate transaction. Renee’ enjoys the variety that a career in real estate affords and eagerly dives in to learning new skills – whether it is new technology or how best to serve her clients.

Prior to earning her Real Estate Broker’s License and starting up Verrada Realty, LLC in 2004, she worked as a Registered Dietitian & Dietary Supervisor with Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare for 20 years. She has also worked as a Food Service Manufacture Representative for 5 years. Renee’ is a member of the Wisconsin Realtor Association, Greater Milwaukee Realtor Association, Metro Listing Service and American Dietetic Association.

Renee’ holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mount Mary College. While her career path at that time was geared toward the Dietetic field, the education she received in helping clients and in computer technology gave her a solid foundation for real estate. She was able to quickly master the necessary people and computer skills that today's agents must possess. Renee’ enjoys a stellar reputation for quick, timely response to each client’s needs & concerns.

Renee’ has been a resident of the Lake Country area her entire life. Renee’ married her high school sweetheart Dave in 1977 and feels very fortunate to have raised their two children (Amy & David) in the same area they both grew up in.

When not serving clients, Renee’ enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her husband Dave, their children & spouses (Amy & Neil), (David & Tricia) & their two amazing grandchildren (Karlee & David Jr). Renee’ feels the secret to her success is the love and support from family and friends.

When you're seeking an agent in the Lake Country Area and surrounding counties who will put your goals first, call on Renee’.
